Human growth hormone, or anything that can help to boost it, has been a recent favorite among people that workout. AI Sports Nutrition has thrown their hat in the race to find a great HGH supplement, with the release of HGH Pro. This product is in capsule form, so you don’t need to worry about using any needles for this one. With that different method of delivery, will the results still be as good as the real deal?
A Brief Overview of HGH Pro
Human growth hormone has been something talked about in the sports world quite a bit recently. From the allegations of legends using that hormone, or a movie star needing something for their latest role, HGH is seemingly everywhere. In this supplement, it contains GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), AlphaSize (Alpha-Clyceryl Phosphoryl Choline), and what it is known as a human growth hormone potentiator complex. Besides putting my spell checker through some serious work, this list of ingredients are great to replicate the natural process of you producing more growth hormone. Making up the potentiator complex, we have:
- Mucuna Puriens
- Green Tea
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin C
An important distinction to make, with HGH Pro, is that it is not going to be as strong as the injectable stuff. Don’t let this have you shy away from trying HGH Pro, just don’t expect it to make you grow the way that the real deal. How well does this supplement work, you ask? Let’s go ahead and check out what I can report from trying this supplement, the pros and cons, and where it is available.
My Results Taking This Product
The directions of this supplement said to take four capsules about a half hour before you go to bed on an empty stomach. That was quite a bit for me to remember, when you add in the fact that I am notorious for eating late at night, I really had to watch myself on that issue. The directions are a little more confusing because they also say to not eat for thirty minutes to an hour before taking the capsules. I tried my best, taking them on an empty stomach, sometimes I would take them after eating and it didn’t seem to give me any problems.
I found that the HGH Pro did a good job of providing me with more strength when it came time to lift. I did notice that I felt bigger throughout the duration of using this supplement. The gains that I got weren’t astronomical, but they really shouldn’t be, when discussing hgh in this form. However, I have tried some absolute horrors of hgh supplementation and HGH Pro is miles ahead of those supplements!
Pros and Cons of HGH Pro:
- Noticeable increase in the quality of sleep I would get.
- Helped with my recovery time, shortening it dramatically.
- Worked fairly well at keeping my workouts more productive than normal.
- Not as strong as anything injectable, however, do you really want to be injecting yourself with anything?
My Final Word on This Supplement
Coming under no kinds of bans for what is inside of it, HGH Pro is one of the older supplements that is still widely available. As of this writing, I could find a large number of places to get it through. So, you shouldn’t have a hard time tracking it down, if need be. If you are looking for something to help you get the deep rest you need to have real increases in muscle size, pick this one up.
